The use of any of the photos hosted on this website without permission for commercial purposes will result in legal action taken against you. Commercial purposes means used for profit. I do not care if you put it in a powerpoint for a school project or something, so long as the something is not making any money and not unreasonably offensive.

The standard rate for licensing of photos is $5 per photo for commercial use. This is a one time payment, not a recurring rental type of arrangement. If you remove the watermark, you must pay $10 per photo instead. Removing it is up to you if I do not have a watermarkless version available. I reserve the right to revoke this license if you use the photo for something extremely objectionable and/or illegal.
